- Managed simultaneous construction of more than 100 homes within “Celebration,” Walt Disney Imagineering’s 10,000-acre community, consisting of four widely differing home styles, which included single family detached, condominiums and town homes. (Valued at twenty-two million)
- Managed the demolition and renovation of interiors and exteriors of “The Hotel Washington,” (National Historic Landmark) and the “ABC NEWS” building in Washington, D.C.
- Successfully completed a 9,000 + SF Custom home in Jupiter Fl. on the Intracoastal Waterway. Features included a swimming pool w/ spa, boat lift and dock. Valued at approx. $3,000.000
- Planning, implementation and managing of construction operations in the Communities of: “Heron Bay”, “Parkland Golf & Country Club” (featuring a Greg Norman designed Golf Course) and “Old Palm” (featuring a Raymond Floyd Designed Golf Course). Home prices ranging in price from $400.000-$ 7,000,000
- Managed construction of over 1,716 homes in over 15 different communities ranging from $150,000 - $1,900,000 in the cities of Parkland, Palm Beach, Boynton Beach, Wellington, Stuart, and Miramar.
- Managed operations of construction at “Presidential Estates Golf & Country Club.” A 192 “Mediterranean style” single family residential community featuring a Tommy Fazio designed 18 hole USGA golf course, consisting of twelve model types and custom homes. 21,000 sq. ft. golf club house, two community parks, tennis courts, tot lots, and community swimming pool
- Successfully completed a 5,000+ Custom home in Palm Beach, Fl. Features included a elevator, swimming pool w/ Spa.
